7 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Anthony Bass (illness) has been activated from the 10-day disabled list on Thursday. Bass missed a couple of weeks of playing time due to a skin infection. Bass has posted a 0.63 ERA and 14/1 K/BB ratio over 14 1/3 innings this season. He's worth an add in leagues that value holds, but is not expected to see many save chances, even with Brandon Morrow (biceps) landing on the DL.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
