Anthony Santander Homer Twice Sunday, Stays Hot
4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander continued to hit in Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Nationals, going 2-for-4 with two solo home runs and a strikeout. Santander took Max Scherzer deep in the first inning and then again in the seventh inning, bringing his season total up to an impressive seven long balls. The 25-year-old has been picking it up this season, compiling a .271/.311/.624 slash line with 22 RBI. He is worth a waiver add in all leagues at this point with the O's lineup firing on all cylinders.
