4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays (rib) has been placed on the Injured List with a small rib fracture that was revealed through X-rays on Friday. Hays first felt soreness earlier in the week following a few catches in the field, but his first tests came back negative. Early indications sound as if Hays will only need the minimum of 10 days on the Injured List. It's been a shaky start to the year for Hays, who is slashing .203/.273/.246 with one home run, eight runs and two stolen bases.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
