3 months agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk has some clear long-term fantasy appeal, but he's in a bit of a tough spot this week. The 49ers face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6. The Rams have allowed just 197.8 passing yards per game this year, the second-fewest in the league. Meanwhile, 49ers starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo is still working his way back from an ankle injury and is coming off a horrible Week 5 performance. Aiyuk has seen 19 targets as well as four carries over the past three weeks and he should see somewhere around six targets this week, but if the 49ers offense struggles again, he might fail to make much of an impact for fantasy purposes. He's a low-end WR3 or flex option, but he's best to avoid if possible.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
