5 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt went 2-for-4 with a single, a solo home run, a walk, and a strikeout in Sunday's 8-3 win over the Brewers. Belt took Jhoulys Chacin deep in the fifth inning for his 11th HR of the season. The veteran has not been impressive this season but has been doing well in July, hitting .324 with three RBI and two extra-base hits. While the average is nice, Belt isn't hitting for much power, so he has little fantasy relevance.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
