Alex Bregman Blasts Off With 25th Home Run of the Season
5 years agoWith the Astros already leading five to zero, Alex Bregman put one of the final nails in Angels pitcher Matt Harvey's coffin of a start, hitting a 408-foot home run when the former Dark Knight tried to sneak a flat 91 mph fastball straight down the middle of the plate. Thursday's blast off of Harvey gave Bregman his team-leading 25th home run, along with 70 runs scored and 61 RBI. Only six home runs shy of last year's career-high 31 round-trippers, Bregman continues to show why he's not only one of fantasy's best assets but is also one of the best hitters in baseball.
