4 years agoWith the 13th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Chargers have drafted Northwestern offensive tackle Rashawn Slater. Widely regarded as the second-best offensive tackle in this year's draft after Penei Sewell, not too many expected Slater to fall to the 13th pick. Slater didn't allow a sack last season and allowed just two quarterback pressures. Slater will look to add pass protection for second-year quarterback Justin Herbert, who is coming off a great rookie season but was also sacked the ninth-most times in the NFL. If Herbert can stay upright more, he'll improve on his 2020 numbers and should be a solid fantasy QB1 pick.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
