3 years agoBoston Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy assisted on three of the five Boston goals on Saturday. McAvoy also played a team-high 23:45 and that included significant chunks of time in all phases. It was McAvoy's setup on the power-play that led to the special teams tally which gave Boston a two-goal lead early in the second period. The Boston defenseman had three shots on goal, three scoring chances, a hit, and six blocked shots in all. It was quite the afternoon for McAvoy.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
