7 years agoTampa Bay Rays infielder Christian Arroyo (concussion) was hit in the head by a pitch on Sunday with Triple-A Durham and reportedly suffered a concussion. It's unclear how long Arroyo will be sidelined, but the Rays are going to be cautious with him. Arroyo was acquired from the Giants in the Evan Longoria trade. Arroyo hit .264/.339/.396 through 20 games with the Rays earlier in the season. He belongs on the waiver wire at the moment.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
