Corey Conners Looks To Turn It Around At The Players

4 years agoCorey Conners returns to TPC Sawgrass after a T41 (-4) performance in 2019. As the weekend approaches, Conners has not finished under par in his last four tournaments and has missed the cut in three of those tournaments. Conners’ strength though is his game off the tee as he’s 19th in the field in strokes gained tee to green and 14th in strokes gained off the tee. The trouble though is once he gets on the green. He’s currently losing .656 strokes putting, close to guys such as Byeong Hun An and Emiliano Grillo. If prospective lineups allow for risk though, Conners is a guy that will have some birdie opportunities this weekend and if he can get hot with the putter can be a value at $6,800 on DraftKings.--Aaron Burger
