7 years agoHouston Astros starter Dallas Keuchel is scheduled to take the ball to open the second half of the season Friday in Anaheim against the Angels. The left-hander is 4-4 in 10 starts this season on the road with a 3.43 ERA despite a rather high 1.38 WHIP. It has been an up and down season thus far for Keuchel, who currently is 3-0 with a 1.35 ERA in the month of July after a brutal June. Keuchel was awful in five June starts, allowing opponents to hit .320 against him with a 1.62 WHIP and 5.72 ERA. The veteran's 7-8 record this season is a far cry from his 2017 first half when he went 9-0 with a 1.67 ERA and 0.87 WHIP. Keuchel deserves a spot on most fantasy rosters moving forward as he will try to put together a huge second half starting Friday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
