6 years agoPortland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard keyed the way to victory Wednesday versus the Memphis Grizzlies with a 24-point performance. Lillard knocked down five threes and added five rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks to an all-around outstanding performance, especially impressive coming against the stingy Memphis defensive unit. There will be no rest for the weary as Lillard draws another difficult defensive opponent, the Utah Jazz, on Friday, whom Lillard is averaging 26.7 points per game against in his career, his second-most versus any opponent.--Jesse Borek
