Davante Adams Catches Two Touchdowns In Week 11 Loss
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams caught 7-of-8 targets for 115 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. He led the team in catches but was second with eight targets behind Marquez Valdes-Scantling (10). Packers QB Aaron Rodgers connected with Adams for a 10-yard touchdown to reduce the Vikings' lead by 23-17 in the third quarter. He later found the star Packers receiver again for an 18-yard strike in the fourth quarter to put the Packers ahead 31-24. It was Adams' first multi-touchdown game of the season. The 28-year-old has now caught 72 passes for 979 yards and five scores over 11 games in 2021. Adams will build on his terrific season against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.
