4 years agoChicago Bears running back David Montgomery carried the ball 17 times for 72 yards, two touchdowns and 39 receiving yards in the Bears crushing 34-30 loss to the Lions in Week 13. Montgomery displayed power, shiftiness and efficiency with his carries, including two impressive touchdown runs in the red zone. The fantasy production was fantastic but the second-year back failed to convert on a crucial 4th-and-1 carry in the red zone with seconds to play and the game on the line. Despite the tough finish, Montgomery will have solid RB2 value next week against the Texans.--Joey C - RotoBaller
