6 years agoUtah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell led the charge on Friday as he helped his club take the 128-124 win over the Washington Wizards. Mitchell suffered an eye contusion in the second quarter, but it did not limit him on this night as he went for 35 points and added five assists with five rebounds to help secure the win. Mitchell bounced back after scoring just 21 points over his last two games. With the Jazz having the weekend off, it will give the second-year gun some time for his eye to get back to 100% for Monday when they take on the Hornets.--Gianni Costantiello
