6 years agoHouston Rockets shooting guard/small forward Eric Gordon had his groove going from three on Sunday when he nailed a career-high eight triples in the blowout win over the Suns. Gordon scored a total of 26 points and added a steal in the historic night for the Rockets as the club nailed an NBA-record 27 total threes. The Rockets look to be locked into the third seed in the West, but the Trail Blazers do own the tie-breaker with the Rockets, so we will need to see what develops in Tuesday's season finale in regards to players getting the night off.--Gianni Costantiello
