4 years agoFormer Colts tight end Erik Swoope is signing with the San Francisco 49ers on Monday, according to a source. It's just a depth signing, as Swoope will be buried on the depth chart behind George Kittle, Jordan Reed and Ross Dwelley. The 28-year-old didn't play at all in 2019 and recorded just 23 receptions on 32 targets for 384 yards and four touchdowns in four seasons with the Colts. His best season came in 2016 when he caught 15 passes for 297 yards and one touchdown in 16 games (four starts). Swoope will be a complete afterthought in all fantasy formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
