Fernando Tatis Jr. Is Moving On Up
6 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. swatted a solo home run in the fifth inning of Sunday's afternoon game at Arizona, his fifth of the season. The game is tied 2-2 in the bottom of the fifth. He is tied for the second-most home runs by a player 20 years or younger over his first 16 games, joining Hall of Famer Frank Robinson, former New York Mets player Ron Swoboda and former Atlanta Braves outfielder Andruw Jones. Boston Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers tops the list with six dingers. Needless to say, Tatis is a stud fantasy option, great long-term keeper and everything as advertised so far.
