3 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Frederik Andersen once again will start on Sunday afternoon against the Washington Capitals. Andersen comes off a loss on Wednesday where he faced just 22 shots (20 saves) against the Seattle Kraken. It was just his third loss in 14 starts this season. Andersen is a stellar 4-1 at home with a shutout and has only yielded a mere seven goals. This will be his first time facing Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals. His last matinee start was against the Los Angeles Kings where he gave up four goals in the first 40 minutes but came up with a win anyway.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
