4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Giovanny Gallegos was unable to get any outs in Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader. Gallegos gave up three runs on two hits and a walk, facing three batters without getting an out. He was saddled with the loss, dropping his record to 1-2 and shooting his ERA up to 3.97. One bad outing shouldn't change his standing in the bullpen, but Gallegos won't get too many chances to hold onto his role as the head of the committee if he pitches like this again.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
