7 years agoCincinnati Reds starting pitcher Homer Bailey (knee) will continue his rehab assignment as a starting pitcher and will return to the team's rotation in Cincinnati when he's ready, according to general manager Nick Krall. It's a bit of a head scratcher, as Bailey hasn't been very effective when he has started for the Reds this year. The veteran right-hander has a 6.68 ERA, 1.69 WHIP and just 5.5 strikeouts per nine innings over 12 starts. He should be ignored by fantasy owners when he returns.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
