5 years agoCincinnati Reds pitcher Hunter Greene, the club's No. 3 prospect per MLBPipeline.com, will undergo Tommy John surgery after suffering a setback last week in Arizona. The 19-year-old hadn't pitched in a game since July of 2018 but was throwing bullpens in spring training. However, the announcement of a setback means surgery will end his season. Greene hasn't pitched above Single-A, so he didn't have any redraft value this season, but he will likely return at some point in 2020 and begin his ascent to the big leagues.--Steve Janik - RotoBaller
