7 years agoDetroit Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list on Monday. He was forced to leave Sunday's game with the injury and is expected to see extended rest. There is no timetable for his return and hamstring issues have a tendency to linger. Mikie Mahtook took Jones' spot on the active roster. Fantasy owners can go ahead and drop Jones for someone else.
