7 years agoThe Jacksonville Jaguars signed free-agent wide receiver DeAndre Smelter on Friday and waived/injured defensive tackle Michael Hughes in a corresponding move. Smelter was a fourth-round pick of the Niners in 2015 and has just one catch for 23 yards in two games in the NFL. He will be in a battle to make the Jags roster in training camp and isn't a fantasy option.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
