6 years agoSt. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen allowed just one goal on 29 shots in Saturday's 3-1 road victory against the Calgary Flames. It was nice redemption for Allen after he was yanked in his most recent appearance against Calgary on Sunday in St. Louis, allowing four goals in the first period. It was an especially impressive performance considering the Flames entered the day 7-0-2 across their past nine outings at home dating back to Nov. 15. Overall he is 12-10-4 with a 3.09 goals-against average and .900 save percentage. He remains more of a low-end No. 2 fantasy backstop until further notice.--Daniel Dobish
