7 years agoTampa Bay Rays first baseman/outfielder Jake Bauers (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Boston Red Sox. Bauers has just two hits over the last week, so he'll get an opportunity to rest on Friday. C.J. Cron will bat cleanup and start at first base against lefty Brian Johnson. Cron is a power hitter in a favorable part of the batting order against a fairly mediocre pitcher. He's a decent DFS choice for Friday's contest.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
