6 years agoPittsburgh Penguins center Jake Guentzel posted two goals with a plus-3 rating, four shots on net and a hit in Saturday's 3-0 road victory against the Carolina Hurricanes. He and right wing Bryan Rust, who had two helpers and a plus-2, were able to help the team to its 18th victory of the season. Guentzel is on an extended heater, posting nine goals with 21 points over the past 18 games, while Rust has come alive with eight goals and 11 points over the past seven contests to emerge as a fantasy must-have at the moment. He carries a five-game point streak into Thursday's game against the Red Wings after the Christmas break.--Daniel Dobish
