John Collins Posts Double-Double In Loss To Knicks

4 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward John Collins is one of the league's brightest young stars, and his talents were on full display versus the Knicks on Wednesday. In a team-high 41 minutes of play, he scored 22 points on 9-for-20 shooting from the field and pulled down 15 rebounds, with four of them coming from crashing the offensive glass. Collins was also active as usual on the defensive end, as he came up two steals and a blocked shot in the 131-136 overtime loss for the Hawks. It was not a flawless night for him, though, as only one of his six attempts from deep found the bottom of the net. Collins is averaging 25.4 points and 10.3 rebounds on 61.8% accuracy overall over his last 10 games, meaning he is a must-add to any fantasy roster if the NBA season is continued.--Jesse Cinquini
