John Means Pitches Well In No-Decision Wednesday
5 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher John Means turned in another strong start in Wednesday's 2-1 extra-innings loss to the Rangers. Means pitched six innings, allowing one run on four hits and a walk with five strikeouts, but received hardly any offensive support. The 26-year-old is now 5-4 with a 2.67 ERA, 50 strikeouts, and 16 walks in 60 2/3 IP. He has proven to be a must-start fantasy pitcher in most matchups, and his next scheduled start against the Blue Jays at home is no exception.
