5 years agoWashington Wizards guard John Wall (Achilles) is not expected to play during the 2019-2020 season. Wall has progressed to doing 5-on-5 work in the G League before the league suspended play. It sounds like Wall is continuing to workout at home, but the team doesn't seem to think he'll return this season. It sounds like the plan is for Wall to return healthy next season despite him having more time to recover due to the current hiatus. The Wizards aren't going anywhere this season, so the Wizards don't have much incentive to push Wall back to the court.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
