6 years agoOakland Athletics catcher Josh Phegley connected for a two-run home run in the third inning of Monday's 12-4 loss against the Baltimore Orioles. The offensive highlights were few and far between for the A's in this lopsided road loss, but Phegley has knocked a couple out of the park in the past two games while bumping his average up to .304. Despite the recent power surge he is still only worth a look as a backstop option in deeper AL-only fantasy play. However, he isn't a bad low-cost option in DFS while running hot.--Daniel Dobish
