4 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Juan Soto is currently isolating himself from Nationals Park after coming into contact with a teammate who tested positive for COVID-19. As of now, Soto is not participating in team drills, but that is the extent of the situation. As long as nothing changes for Soto, the 21-year-old outfielder looks to be a top contributor once again in 2020. Soto has big power upside and a tendency to hit his home runs in bunches, which would be especially valuable in a 60-game season. In 2019, Soto hit 20 of his 34 home runs from July 2 to Sept. 12, including 10 in the month of August alone. In 2018, Soto hit 14 of his 22 home runs from July 9 to Sept. 29. If Soto's trend of hitting large amounts of home runs in the later months of the season continues in 2020, he could be a real difference-maker across all leagues.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
