Kawhi Leonard Shows His Value With 37 Points In Game 2
6 years agoToronto Raptors shooting guard/small forward Kawhi Leonard made sure his club was not going to lose Game 2, as he dominated the game at both ends to secure the 29-point win in Game 2 over the Magic. Leonard scored 17 of his team-best 37 points in the third quarter and added four assists with four rebounds and two steals with four makes from three in 33 minutes of action. Leonard had three fouls early on in the second quarter, but head coach Nick Nurse stuck with the superstar and it paid dividends. Leonard has been smoking-hot through the first two games, shooting 62.5 percent from the floor for 31.0 points a night, making him worth a look for Game 3 on Friday in Orlando.
