3 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood had a long night as he saw 27 shots on Thursday. He stopped 23 and allowed four goals as Florida defeated New Jersey 4-1. Blackwood did stop every shot on his team's penalty kill before getting relieved by Jonathan Bernier with more than half the game to go. It was one of those periods to forget for Blackwood. In a little more than eight minutes, he allowed three goals. Expect Blackwood to start again on Saturday afternoon in Tampa Bay.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
