4 years agoKansas City Royals third baseman Maikel Franco went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI in Thursday's 8-7 win over the Detroit Tigers. It was Franco's first home run since September 10 and he now has eight home runs on the year. Franco is on pace to have strong season-long numbers to close out his first year in Kansas City. He is slashing .285/.328/.472 with eight home runs, 36 RBI and 23 runs. We may be seeing the start of a new, more productive fantasy hitter with Franco in a Royals jersey.
