Malik Beasley Could Sign Extension With Minnesota
5 years agoMinnesota Timberwolves guard Malik Beasley could sign with the Minnesota Timberwolves long-term this summer. The organization is reportedly interested in keeping Beasley around for multiple years, according to Jon Krawczynski. Beasley is averaging 20.7 points and 5.1 rebounds during his 14 games in Minnesota. He was buried on the bench in Denver, but a new team has brought new life to Beasley. He will be a restricted free agent, which means that the Wolves have the right to match any offer he receives. It sounds like Minnesota is committed to keeping Beasley around longer than just one season.
