Malik Turner Gets His First NFL Touchdown

4 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Malik Turner got to celebrate for the first time as he hauled in his first NFL touchdown during Sunday's win over the Eagles. Turner was the deep target on a flea flicker in the first half of Seattle's game, and he tracked a floating 38-yard toss from Russell Wilson perfectly. Making an over-the-shoulder basket catch just past a pair of Philadelphia defensive backs, Turner made a critical play in the team's win. Turner hasn't had much of an impact in his two years in the league so far, but he's one of those players that gets talked about a lot in the preseason. The team still has high hopes for the 23-year old, but for now, he's pretty buried in the depth chart.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
