7 years agoUpdating a previous report, Houston Astros infielder Marwin Gonzalez (elbow, wrist) is day-to-day with a bruised left wrist and left elbow, according to the team. Gonzalez may miss a day or two, but this doesn't sound like a serious injury. He's been filling in at shortstop mostly with Carlos Correa injured. Last year was a much better year for Gonzalez's owners, however, and he's hitting just .227/.306/.355 on the season with six homers and 36 RBI in 282 at-bats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
