4 years agoKansas City Royals pitcher Matt Harvey had his second-straight rough outing on Tuesday against the St. Louis Cardinals. Harvey pitched 2 2/3 innings and allowed five hits, two walks and four earned runs while striking out two. He now has an 11.12 ERA and 2.29 WHIP through two starts on the year. Harvey may not last in the Royals' rotation for much longer. Jakob Junis (back) is returning to the rotation on Wednesday and if Danny Duffy (forearm) can make his next start, the team may relegate Harvey to a relief role. Harvey should remain on waivers in all fantasy leagues.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
