6 years agoPittsburgh Penguins goaltender Matt Murray turned aside all 33 shots he faced in Friday's 4-0 victory against the Winnipeg Jets for his ninth-career shutout. It was an impressive performance against a high-octane Jets offense. He was stunned by a puck to the face mask, briefly needing a few seconds to collect himself before soldiering on. The goalie helped the Pens to their season-high eighth consecutive victory, and he is starting to look like the guy who helped the team win a Stanley Cup and making Marc-Andre Fleury available in the expansion draft.--Daniel Dobish
