5 years agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski played the hero in Sunday's 3-2 extra-inning win over the Mets, going 1-for-4 with a walk-off solo home run, a walk, and two strikeouts. Yastrzemski took a Robert Gsellman full-count pitch to the opposite field and just cleared the fence to end the game in the twelfth inning. The 28-year-old is putting together a nice July, batting .294 with four HR and 12 RBI. Both he and the Giants' offense are starting to click, so he is worth a look in deeper leagues or five-outfielder leagues.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
