7 years agoSeattle Mariners catcher Mike Zunino (ankle) hit off a tee and did some work in the batting cages on Friday, but he hasn't resume running as he recovers from a bruised left ankle. Manager Scott Servais thinks Zunino will be ready to return after the All-Star break. Zunino is hitting a putrid .189 on the season, but his power is what fantasy owners are after, and he has 12 long balls and 29 RBI in 201 at-bats. Unless he starts striking out less, Zunino will continue to be a drain on your batting average. Chris Herrmann and David Freitas will split the catching duties until Zunino is back.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
