3 years agoOttawa Senators defenseman Nikita Zaitsev was placed back in COVID protocol Saturday evening and will not play this weekend. Zaitsev was thought to have had a false positive result earlier in the day. The Ottawa defenseman has an assist in 11 games this season while playing 17:28 a night. The Senators have had eight players in the COVID protocol at one point but the game between them and the Pittsburgh Penguins was not postponed on Saturday night. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
