Nikola Jokic's Double-Double Not Enough In Game 7
6 years agoDenver Nuggets power forward/center Nikola Jokic continued his strong play on Sunday in the decisive Game 7, but his efforts were not enough in the 100-96 season-ending loss for his club. Jokic scored 29 points and grabbed 13 rebounds but managed just two assists. The big man did record four blocks and added just two turnovers in 42 minutes of court time. Jokic made a name for himself in this postseason where he averaged an incredible 25.1 points, 13.0 rebounds, 8.4 assists, 1.1 blocks and 0.8 steals on 50.6% shooting and is on the books for three more years in Denver. Jokic is once again a lock for the first round in all drafts next season and will be an elite fantasy asset for years to come.
