4 years agoPatrick Cantlay is set to tee it up in The Players Championship. It will be Cantlay's first start since a T17 finish at the Genesis Invitational nearly a month ago. The rising star's absence from competition was due to a surgical procedure to repair a deviated septum. Cantlay had previously had the same procedure done in November of 2018. The lack of play is slightly concerning as he heads to a TPC Sawgrass layout on which he missed the cut last year. Despite the layoff, Cantlay must still be considered an elite DFS option this week. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
