Pau Gasol Hopes To Finish Career With Lakers

4 years agoFree-agent center Pau Gasol says that he'd be interested in finishing his career with the Los Angeles Lakers. "Kind of like the potential of maybe finishing or playing my last year with the Lakers would be great," says Gasol. He has not played in the NBA since the 2018-2019 season with the San Antonio Spurs and Milwaukee Bucks. Gasol says that he hopes to play in the Olympics in 2021. Gasol would like to finish his NBA career with the Lakers, but the opportunity has not presented itself yet. The 39-year-old big man wouldn't have a significant role in most organizations and would be avoidable in fantasy formats if he returned to the NBA.
