4 years agoBaltimore Orioles first/third baseman Renato Nunez had an encouraging day at the plate in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Rays. Nunez went 2-for-4 with a single, a solo home run (his sixth of the season) and two strikeouts. The HR was nice to see, as Nunez has been relatively slumping lately, batting .258 with a single long ball and two RBI. As he showed last season, Nunez can be one of baseball's streakiest hitters. Hopefully, this performance can jumpstart a streak as fantasy owners head towards the playoffs.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
