6 years agoUtah Jazz point guard Ricky Rubio scored 17 points and picked up three steals in the four-point win over the Wizards on Friday. Rubio also dished out three assists while grabbing a couple of boards and added a make from three in 33 minutes of action. Rubio has picked up the slack with Jazz being quite banged up in the backcourt as he is averaging 14.3 points and 6.0 assists while shooting a much-improved 50.9% from the floor over his last six games. The Jazz have the weekend off but return to action next weekend to play four games.--Gianni Costantiello
