Ross Stripling Takes Second Straight Loss Friday
6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Ross Stripling fell to 8-5 after Sunday's 5-3 loss to the Padres. Stripling lasted just 3 1/3 innings, allowing two runs on three hits (including a two-run home run) and two walks with four strikeouts. The 28-year-old hasn't been able to regain his stellar form since returning from a back injury but still has a solid 2.84 ERA, 10.02 K/9, and 1.50 BB/9 rate on the season.
