6 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Ryon Healy and Co. will open up a series at home against the Padres beginning Tuesday. Healy is hitting only .247 this season but has 24 home runs and has had his most success hitting at Safeco Field this season. In 60 home games this season, Healy is slashing .269/.300/.493 with five doubles and 15 home runs. Overall, Healy has coaxed only 19 free passes from opposing pitchers this season so his low on-base totals have crippled his fantasy value. But team's in need of short-term power can turn to Healy over the next few days against a last place Padres team.--Joey C - RotoBaller
